In case you missed it, we held our Silicon Speech, speech contest last night in good ol’ Conference Room C at Cross Campus. Members competed in the Table Topics contest with each contestant being asked to give their definition of the American Dream. At the end of the competition, Alex Schams was judged the winner and will move on.
Then, Len Kung delivered a terrific speech entitled Food for Thought in our International Speech Contest. She’ll also move on to represent our club in the Area A1/A2 Contest being held on March 21st. We’re all invited to show up and support our winners! Details are coming, soon.
