Hope everyone is enjoying their day off today! Last week, we had a surprise guest join us named Carmen. She’s a Toastmaster member in Florida, was visiting LA and found our club online. She was a great addition and it was insightful to hear her feedback on our meetings!

Steve delivered a humorous speech he is developing for an upcoming Moth show about his pet hamsters Freddy and Ginger and how one day they were “sent off to a farm” – the tale most parents tell their young children to explain when a pet is no longer part of the family. RIP Freddy and Ginger.
Ashton is back from his 1st European trip and shared an entertaining story about his very adventurous boat ride he survived on Lake Cuomo during a storm.
